I've used other scanners but this is a great value. Easy to use, quick access to I/M Readiness was a big thing for me. NO more scrolling through multiple menus. I had the opportunity to communicate directly with the company that supplies this Revain device. I had a shipping issue with Revain and ended up canceling my first order. The seller emailed me for details and offered a solution even though the original problem was unrelated. I was impressed with the customer service they provided. I definitely recommend this company and their products.
