It's all magic. We had an ugly wood stove and I was looking and researching and wondering how the heck I was going to restore this HUGE HEAVY thing. I was so discouraged because I used to see sandblasting and sanding and she was standing in the middle of our living room/kitchen weighing so much and thinking 'ugh this is going to be such a mess and mess'. THING, AND LET ME TELL YOU THIS IS GREAT! I took the copper scrubbers and gave it a thorough scrub and a razor blade to get rid of the thick rust stains. Then I just applied it generously with a toothbrush, let it dry and polished it off with a paper towel. I could see some streaks but I'll do this again and use a microfiber cloth to buff and dampen it a bit! But I recommend it 1000%! The note isn't finished yet, just made a little teaser!
