I used 5 lightbulbs of 200 watts. And man, light stuff. Exactly what I was looking for to illuminate the area of my project. The fuse supplied is 5 amps, I changed it to 7 amps to support the 5200 watt bulbs I bought. In general, this is better quality of light than LED (higher color rendering index), and it's cheaper too. I put a photo screen in front of him to smooth out the light and see even the tiniest markings on the cables when working on projects.
