Problems right out of the box. Every time I turned the ignition off, the stations would reset and the date would reset to a different date. There were also problems with Bluetooth. Radio reception was very sporadic. I've tried three different ones and the same thing with tennis. Send it back to the factory or repair center once. The return took almost a month. When I got it back I had the same problem and sent it back a second time. I received it yesterday with many of the same problems. Very disappointed with their service and repair center. I advise you not to buy this device 310 NAV
