The best thing about suredone so far has been their customer support! I have never had an issue that they haven't addressed promptly in any way possible - from emails through phone calls right up until our first face-to-face meeting at SXSW this year when we were able to resolve issues quickly before going live. Their ability to help us grow was incredible; it's hard not be impressed by what they've done since starting out 2 years ago!! They're always there if you need them which makes me feel like i can trust my business decisions 100%. There really isn't anything bad enough here to say otherwise unless perhaps your goal would just simply involve having someone else do all those things instead? Maybe look into hiring another person who specializes specifically in these areas rather than relying solely on one provider/company?! Definitely worth giving them some consideration though because everything looks perfect except maybe marketing costs. My main concern now lies within how.
