Old school outdoor grilling and cooking tool

Before I started working as a sysadmin I was a line chef. One of the things I've owned and kept for about 25 years is a really good lathe from my flat pan days. i still have it It still works fine. I wanted a replacement/add-on tool for my stainless steel and cast iron pans and pans at home. I took a chance buying these three packs because the price was so low. Decided I would buy a more expensive one if these didn't work. They are just as heavy and strong as the ones I've had for 25 years. They stand up to browning, burger browning, and even make a decent frittata in my little cast-iron skillet. I hand wash them and use the meat block oil/wax combo I use on my cutting board to keep them clean. the best shape. I think I will buy a set for my child who recently moved.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Anything I can add
