I use them for all kinds of cooking. I ordered 3 packs because I use them so often. I have 1 and have been using it for years. I ordered more just to have more.

I love these tools and have replaced all my spatulas with them. Incredibly durable and well made, you don't have to worry about losing food when flipping! Or the handle is broken.

This is a strong, rigid paddle. They are perfect for our flat pans. I particularly like the beveled edges. They are ideal for fluffy pancakes and large steaks. You can turn everything around.

Easy to clean, well made, very reliable and a good size for cooking in a cast iron skillet. The only thing I wish it was a little thinner and more flexible. These don't bend at all. Makes food preparation easier.

Real conversation: I took a chance. I wasn't sure if it was Chinese junk or a good product. And hey, I think I made a good call because they're great. They are a good weight and appear to be very durable. I use them mostly with my cast iron and they hold up great. I would buy them again but it doesn't look like I'll need them.
