The seller answered my question in time for me to be able to order the product. The product looks like a genuine OEM part, the same as the one it replaced and also as assured by the seller. Delivery was quick. The part works great too, but since it was new it took a little extra effort to engage the Genie drive's lead screw. Be careful when working on the third rung of the ladder! Once you remove the screws holding the rail, the lead screw rail slides back against the garage door wall by the Genie drive mounting brackets, and you must use one hand to slide it back while you remove the old slide and install the new one. Editing my product review above because this Genie Carriage/Trolly broke the second time I opened the garage door. The plastic lip of the bottom bracket assembly broke completely, causing the bottom bracket linkage to disengage from the lead screw guide. This is exactly the fault shown in the reviewer's photos, homeowner Genie Door, on December 23, 2019 in his 1-star review. In my first review above, I pointed out that the bottom bracket needs extra force to engage the screw rail. I think this is constantly adding stress to the plastic edges, or Genie's cheap production of the part with a third party supplier caused this premature failure. Incidentally, the lead screw on my Genie drive is a continuous one-piece type, so no bouncing from section to section of the lead screw caused additional stress. So I think I'll return my defective Revain part for a refund and try another compatible part. Also, I'm changing my previous 5 star rating to 1 star as far as the product rating goes.
