I like how our customer service is streamlined through this platform, it's easy for customers who need assistance with their products or technical issues! It was difficult at first getting used to using all of these different platforms but now we can easily communicate across them so there isn't any confusion between where someone needs help from.

We were able to see who needed more training regarding some programs which allowed us to create new courses as well as train existing employees about those topics when necessary.
