In general, everything is well done. The set screw that holds the locking mechanism was not fully machined so I had to use my old locking mechanism with its set screw. My handle and lock on my old one broke. Didn't want to mess with sending it back as I needed to secure my shed. It's made in China, so you get what you pay for. Luckily everything worked out for me.
