This bag is well made and fits both my metal GI bottle and my 1 liter plastic bottle. The good thing is that it's not as tight as the previous pack I had and it took a lot of effort to get the metal cup out. This pouch is the right size so the cup fits snugly but doesn't squish so it's easy to remove. Another nice feature is the top closure. The spring-loaded straps are flexible, so you can tighten them and still pull out your bottle. The bag is made of durable material and the buckle holds well, but can be opened with one hand for easy bottle removal. I also like the MOLLE strap on the back which allows you to adjust the attachment straps to fit snugly on the belt or adjust the position of the pouch up/down on the belt. This is a really good bottle bag and I would recommend it to anyone carrying a military style 1 liter bottle.
