Amazing! The wine was stored for almost a month! These are a much cheaper alternative to the Coravine system and they really work! I tried them on a bottle of Cabernet and a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. Both are good mid-range wines. I've been drinking them, probably a glass every other day, for almost a month. Sometimes I pour a little less than a standard 5 ounce glass. At the end of the bottle I could tell that the wine had changed a bit, especially the white wine. However, it didn't taste stale, more like the wine had been opened and left for a couple of hours. The red one still had to pop open every time I poured a glass. I've also noticed that every time I pull the cork out of the bottle I can hear air entering, indicating that the oxygen in the bottle has actually been used up! Overall, I highly recommend these plugs. However, I wouldn't use them for cheap wine given the cost.
