Top! Wash the tires with a stiff bristle brush and use an APC (All Purpose Cleaner) before applying. After cleaning, clean them again. If the tire foam still looks dirty, repeat the process until the foam turns white. After the tire is dry to the touch, apply 2-3 pumps of the applicator (I use Adams Brick Sponge or Hex Foam) to each tire. After the first application the tire should look smooth and shiny, 2 coats give shine, 3 coats wet shine and 4 coats extreme shine. Wait 15 minutes between uses. After a few weeks, wash the tires lightly and again apply one drop per tire to the applicator.
