The first pair came with a noisy bulb, as did the second set of replacements. After making a working pair, one started flickering and I was generally dissatisfied after a few minutes of use. They should replace the lightbulbs in my bedside table, these are the three sided touch lamps I use to read and watch TV at night. .In my photo, the original incandescent bulb is at the top and one of the replacement LED bulbs is at the bottom. They are both on the lowest level. As you can see they are too bright! I can't stand it when they're on! I have LED bulbs for standard 4w sockets and they work really well. They might work better with a dimmer, but they're just not worth the price if you're looking for 3-way ambiance.
