Should come with new filters.
When I decided to buy a replacement set of 3 20" filters I thought they would come with new o-rings but that is not the case. I just wanted to make sure that since I removed the filters and damaged the o-ring in the process, I would have to turn off the water and find a new o-ring. Just a precaution on my part. They are also quite expensive for a piece of rubber or silicon. I don't need them but will keep them.
