This set of four heavy duty garage storage hooks are awesome! They are very similar to others in that they are simple to hang as putting two screws into the wall over a stud or installing drywall anchors first if you don’t have a nearby stud. They differ from most garage hooks in that they are much longer and have that wavy curve to them so the things you hang really stay put. Regarding the installation, I would HIGHLY recommend you install these into a stud if at all possible. These are so large and sturdy you’re going to be tempted to hang some heavy stuff and I’d be very worried about installing them into drywall alone with any amount of heavy weight. You can see from my picture that it is holding about 20lbs of lawn trimmer and attachment weight a good distance from the wall.
