After reading the reviews, I decided to purchase the product, but I ignored the ones that were bad because of the "curvature" of the users' hands. At the first connection after the drivers were installed, Windows 10 automatically showed good results. However, after installing the latest drivers from an off-site source, the indicators deteriorated, and after reinstalling other versions and returning to the original state, it did not achieve normal operation. Specifically, the ping does not drop below 16 (at 1- 2 by wire), the speed is a maximum of a little more than half of the wired connection (50-60 Mb), and the connection breaks after a couple of minutes. Computer located within three meters and directly in line of sight of the router. I removed and reinstalled the drivers before scrubbing the system registry and restarting the operating system. Even though I only got it for the bonuses, I would return it since I think it would be preferable to utilize those benefits on something else.
