This would be a nice little device for real time monitoring of a broadcast CB or RF signal. However, the wattmeter reading on the device I received is much lower than it really is. For example, my CW signal on HF showed about 90 watts on both my MFJ crosspointer meter and my RadioShack certified meters. At the same moment, this block of the astatic meter showed about 40 watts. This gross inaccuracy may be an accident observed only on the specific gauge I received. May be. When I have time I'll see if this astatic gauge has an internal potentiometer for it. If yes, then I will fix this problem.
