see they have a terrible translation in the instructions and in the ad on amazon but let me tell you the watch is great A++ this watch got praised 3 times this week while i had the watch ( Plural ) and having tried Samsung and others I have to say that I really enjoy having a very accurate sleep/heart/fitness/weather watch on my wrist that I don't have to worry about breaking goes or gets damaged. If I crack it, I just grab another one from the bin. These watches are actually very good, maybe even great, no matter the price. I have a $10,000 Rolex watch and I go to the ocean of planet Omega, but I had a boardroom meeting today and then I changed the oil on my GTI son. He never took off the watch and never thought about it. then i noticed you said you had a great heart rate and you followed your steps etc etc etc trust me its a good watch and a fantastic price. Just remember the instructions aren't great but the product is there. Oh and the battery life just wait you'll see I ran 72 hours and it still worked fine TInwoo you have a great product.
