There are 2 products in a pack. There are two seals in the packaging. But somewhere someone opens the bags and puts one of the seals in, I think to sell somewhere else later. How do I know? I ordered three of these. The first two opened with a seal. The third was sealed and had two seals. I originally ordered a pack. I wasn't sure if it was 2 packs but I read some reviews and a questions section. I was sure based on the fact that there were 2 packs. Initially I only needed two fillings which broke so I ordered a pack of two fillings. Later that day I broke another filling so I ordered another pack. My things arrive two days later. I was surprised that there was only one seal on each pack. I didn't know at the time that the packages were open. They come in a clear plastic bag which made it difficult to tell it was open. I complained to Amazon and they said "Nowhere in the description does it say this is a 2 pack product." They convinced me even though the other reviews and questions say this is a 1-pack product. Pack product is that there is only one seal per pack. So I ordered another one. Well to my surprise came my third item AND THERE ARE 2 PACKS. I then found that my previous two items had been opened, leading me to believe that somewhere between production, packaging and delivery, someone would open the packages and poke one of the seals on the packaging. But they don't always do it. That's why I received my third package intact. So beware, it must be a PACKAGE WITH 2 SEALS, contrary to the Amazon customer service reps who insisted! The product itself is good. There are no complaints. It fits my Honda Pilot 05 perfectly. Just need to get someone's attention so 3 star rating and all caps.
