Excellent customer care and a superb set of jigs.
Comes with a blunt drill that will not drill through 2x3 jaws. I contacted the support service, they sent a new drill the same day. After receiving a new drill press, we started assembling the bed. I've used a whole box of screws with this tool and it does everything I wanted it to. Recommend this tool and this company for the way they maintain their tools. The pictures show how to make a bed frame with this very easy to use tool.
