The ease of use when it comes time for an emergency or any type situation can be very easy! It not only makes things easier but has all information right at hand such as names & phone numbers which helps with speed in getting everyone back up'n running again after disaster strikes like we have done twice now this year (Hurricane Maria).
I really dislike how slow their customer service department answers emails once you reach out multiple times they do eventually get through them just take your business elsewhere if need does arise - there are better options available!! There needs more security features added into system so employees don’t worry about leaking personal info etc due employee negligence/hacking from outside sources causing problems within organization. They also could add some sortof GPS tracking feature so no one leaves without permission even though its locked.
