The ease to use the application, the user friendly interface, the ability to easily train new employees and track their activities makes it very easy to manage a fleet with different levels of experience. As far as tracking equipment is concerned we can do this but cannot access historical data. I would highly recommend getting started using OAIS for asset/equipment tracking for your business because once you get used to how it works it's hard to go back to another system. We are solving issues related to tracking our assets such as customer vehicles (fleet), vendor vehicles (lease) and general fleet work order activity by maintaining an accurate inventory of all of these items which had been previously difficult to track.
