I was really excited to get this turntable as I've heard good things about Crosley and have always wanted a turntable. It just arrived today and I was thrilled. However, to my disappointment, the player didn't start spinning after following all the instructions. After some research I decided to take the player apart to see what was wrong. When I disassembled it I didn't see anything wrong other than a broken screw which was presumably brand new. There must have been some wiring error as the record player tape was intact, it just wouldn't spin. I will speak to Revain to see if I can get a replacement for the same amount and no extra charge. This is a great gift or accessory for your home. I only suggest that you buy a turntable from another seller and avoid the hassle.
