Stops working after two days. I tried to contact the seller and was told to contact Revain directly. I'm trying to solve a problem.

This was a gift from my daughter and I almost kept it for myself. Like the quality of the product. The sound is excellent. The suitcase style is perfect for a teenager. Like the Bluetooth option and the headphone jack. Very helpful.

Got this for my daughter for Easter and it looks exactly how she wanted it but in terms of functionality it's definitely lacking. Every record we play rubs against the open lid of the turntable. At first I thought the records were warped but as you can see in the photo there is not enough clearance between the vinyl and the open sleeve. I'm not sure if this is a defective player or if it is a player of this make.

Hating this product on the internet is unreal. There are the audiophiles who say it sounds awful and the privileged folk who say you need to buy an expensive turntable with great sounding speakers, a preamp and a million other things. Does the player have terrible built-in speakers? Yes, that's right. Are there better turntables? Yes obviously. If I could go and spend hundreds of dollars on a turntable, I would. I bought this in lilac velvet. Let me upfront by saying that I don't have a serious record collection - I bought it because it's so damn cute and I have records to keep an eye on.
