The first didn't work. The second is scrap
New batteries installed. heard alarm sound. I turned the dial and waited, but nothing happened. She turned around a few more times and didn't move. Useless broken thing. Zero quality control. To update. Replaced by a second block. Is working. Not silent. The playback stop button has to be broken to work. This item is fine as long as it costs $5. It doesn't cost $20. This is from the dollar store. Very disappointed.
