I have a (formerly feral) cat with urinary problems, especially when stressed. It doesn't appear to be an infection. I put it in her food and (because I don't know which cat eats what) wet food for all three cats. I put broth on food and mix it with broth. All three cats ate the food, none refused it. This product seems to help a cat that is struggling and not cause problems with other cats. It's a bit pricey but I'm reordering because my nervous little cat is so much more comfortable.
