Review on ☕ Solofill SOLOGRIND Single Serve Coffee Pod Burr Grinder, 2-in-1 Automatic, Black Finish, 1 EA by Rebecca Bourassa

I was very excited when it arrived. I gave it a try and was amazed by the quality of the grind, filled my K-cup and brewed the perfect cup. So I tried the "Fill cup" feature and got coffee grounds everywhere! After checking everything, I found that Solofill continued to grind 3 tablespoons of coffee regardless of the setting used. That's too much for one cup. After searching the internet for a solution (I couldn't find one), I contacted Solofill. by email (Wednesday 7th). I explained the situation to them and told them that this "AutoFill" feature was the reason I bought this particular coffee grinder and no others. If I had to monitor the process or manually stop the grinding, this coffee grinder would be useless to me. On the same day I received a reply that they would send me a new device! Unbelievable! It was on Wednesday 7th. The device arrived today (Saturday 10th) and after some testing found it to work great! No more coffee grounds flying around and a perfectly filled cup.
