More trouble than good. We were actually very enthusiastic about this product, but unfortunately had to send it back. Even at level 1, it consistently overfilled all of our K cups, even the included Solofill K3. I wore it for almost a month. It seemed to work pretty well the first few times. I only set one cup and a fine grind, which I have never felt so good (see picture and decide for yourself). Based on the reviews I've seen this is the best you can find for sliced bread but I can't find the point. In fact, there are much better grinders out there. You're better off using one of these and a spoon to serve your single K-cup than trying to get the thing to "pour out" coffee into a single K-cup. I love the easy filling of the reusable K-Cup because I can choose my coffee and the pods stay residue-free. My first Sologrind was purchased from Revain in 2014 and worked very well. The "finest" grind setting was pretty coarse, but I wanted a coarser grind, so it was ok. If you really need a finer or less coarse grind, this isn't for you. UPDATE - Well, the good times are sadly over. A few months after purchase, the grinder stopped grinding to a consistency suitable for brewing.
