More trouble than good. We were actually very enthusiastic about this product, but unfortunately had to send it back. Even at level 1, it consistently overfilled all of our K cups, even the included Solofill K3. On top of that, it's very messy - it rubs everywhere, partly due to an overflow issue, but also when switching between the 10-cup accessory and the Kcup attachment. Everything is plastic, so it's prone to static electricity, so sanding dust will stick to every part, making it even more difficult to keep clean. 10 out of 10 for concept, less for execution. Sorry Sologrind, this is a failure. One of the saving factors was that it was quiet.
