I am so disappointed with this year's purchase from Insect Lore at Revain. I have purchased this brand for the past 5 years and have always had fantastic results. This year I bought two cups: one had no caterpillars in it. One had 3 caterpillars, 2 of them almost grown and one was already grown but dead. I had hopes for these 2 but then they quickly dissipated. It is not possible to contact the company as the seller is with Revain. When I contacted Revain they were quick to tell me to return the item for a refund. But that still means three disappointed kids who haven't seen butterflies for the first time in years.
