I didn't need the bracket so I cut the welded bolts with a dremel and put them into the standard frame nut. Although the original suspension bolts were rusty, I was able to remove them and replace them with the ones I cut off. If I didn't have a Dremel I would just get two identical screws from the hardware store. The rubber is a little tricky to bend and attach, but after a few tries it worked. All in all it took me about 30-40 minutes to cut the bolts off the bracket, remove the rusty stock bolts and old hanger and bolt on the new hanger. It would be 5 stars if I didn't have to cut off the welded parts. Bolt. It was easy to do and I was able to install it without any problems. 96' XJ Sport
