GREAT product, GREAT customer service! Highly recommended.

I ordered two Gladiator JT parasols on different days. Not because I had planned beforehand, but simply forgot that I had already ordered the first one. Never drink bourbon then head to Revain for Jeep STUFF! They both arrived in the same box and I actually looked at the receipt trying to figure out if I ordered two or if they sent me the second one as a gift. see note on bourbon above. Although the price went down when I ordered a second one. Sometimes even a squirrel gets a nut. I wrote to support and they immediately put $8 into my Amazon account for the difference in price, which of course allowed me to buy more bourbon. I also asked support about these "mysterious" clips that no one seems to be getting and they replied that there is a bug in the guide, they are working on a fix and you do NOT get the clips mentioned in the guide NEED to install. I'm sure these are fantastic clips, even the best! but you don't need them. I actually installed a sun visor before realizing I had to have clips. Customer support also sent this video. SEE. How to install Jeep Gladiator front sun visor https://youtu.be/00gFd6wyxw8. I used one sun visor on my 2021 Gladiator and the other on a 2021 Wrangler Unlimited JL. Both fit perfectly. YES you have to use some force to secure the bungee BUT that's why they are bungee otherwise they just give you a rope to attach the shade with a cute Toyota or KIA loop. Come on, you have a jeep!. PULL it however you like and your sun visor will stay in place. Although I had a vision of one of those little balls separating during installation and hitting my forehead. However, this did not happen. I was worried about being able to attach the roof panels, thinking the sun visor would prevent me from attaching the latches, but that wasn't a problem. I was also concerned that I might have ordered other things from Amazon that I had forgotten, but so far nothing has magically arrived. My mother says I worry too much. When I installed the elastic on the front corner, I didn't lower the windshield. For the record, I've never rolled down the windshield on any Jeep I've ever owned. I just don't like eating bugs. However, I used white thin ribbon to thread the bungee between the windshield and windshield frame as instructed, and then I just got out of the caveat and made my own rules. I routed the bungee back through the open space so you can see the windshield bolt. I didn't want to put additional pressure on the plastic windshield frame at this point by bungee wrapping it. The plastic frame seems weak at this point as this is where the two pieces connect. The side bungees speak for themselves. Regarding the rear bungee cords, you do NOT need to remove the rear roof panel to install this product. They provide you with a thin white front bungee strap that allows you to easily thread the rear bungee as well. In the video they show a man on a beach in Hawaii with the roof completely removed and the rear bungee easily attached. What they didn't show you was the work it took him to blow the roof off. He looks pretty cool and I'm sure he could lift the roof on his own, but still. Here in the great white north we keep our butt tops most of the year and whether you're completely topless or not, you can use them with ease. white thin ribbon for threading back corner and center back bungee. It took me and my friend maybe a minute for each bungee, which is good because he's a friend of mine, but he's not very coordinated and he drives a Rav4, so if he could do it, so can you. The last word. If you don't want weird sunburn patterns on your thighs when wearing shorts in your Jeep with the roof panels removed, BUY THIS PROBE! at least that's what I was told. oh, and you also get a cool green alien with an umbrella.
