The only thing that could be improved is the detachable soft head for washing. This rag collects a lot of dust, but not everything. Next time I plan to try Endus to see if it lasts longer. I collected a ton of cobwebs and easily reached my 11 foot ceiling. I felt a bit weak, but it bent and bent to get around corners and high sills. I washed it with plain water, but I had to use my fingers to wring out the dust and pick out the stubborn clumps of cobwebs. The water that came out when rinsing was dark with dust indicating it picked up LOTS of DUST for me in just 20 minutes of use. I followed another reviewer's lead and after rinsing, squeezed out the water, turned it in my hands (there was a lot of dripping outside, like a trembling dog lol) and hung it out to dry. I think I might try sucking it between rooms next time. I had high cobwebs and dust in 4 rooms before it looked so dirty I had to wash it. (No dust encountered for several months.)
