It is great! Surprisingly, they appear to be inexpensive.

I can use these bags with relative guilt! The first thing that struck me was how thin and flexible these bags are. They mold on your food. Because of this, it's very easy to squeeze almost all of the air out of them. You can't squeeze that much air out of a standard zippered bag that easily. You make it easy. Now you have fewer problems with freezer burn. Saved money. When you zip it up, it's easy and it stays closed. Significantly improved zippers compared to standard bags. I was so excited that I found her. They are not only suitable for the freezer, but also for the sous vide cooker. The bags' easy venting means they can easily be submerged in water for cooking. I've tried to be eco-conscious by making scrambled egg omelettes in one-liter Mason jars using sous vide technology. What a nightmare washing glasses. I thought I could never snatch an egg from the bottom and sides of the jar. It was literally baked. Making omelettes in ziplock bags is easy. The result is the most delicious omelette you have ever tasted. Still, I felt guilty. I found it unacceptable to throw away any more plastic bags. There was too much guilt! Here is the answer! I can make ice cream, omelettes, sauces, cook meat, etc. without feeling overwhelming guilt for using a ziplock plastic bag! I'm dancing with happiness around my kitchen and my sous vide oven! Fiction! Try them!
