Review on DevEX by John Miranda

I like that it is easy to use, simple interface and has several options when doing searches or creating queries. It gives me all of my account information right at home. The tool cannot be used from mobile devices so if you need this functionality while traveling then there are other tools available out there but they do not give access to your entire organization profile which makes them less valuable than DEV Ex. If one had multiple users in their organization with different accounts using dev ex each user would have his own area where he can view only items assigned/owned by him. This allows us as administrators to see what our staff members are up too without having everyone report directly back into office hours.
