The DevEx team is always very helpful and responsive. They are able to help us quickly with any questions we have related to our projects. I think that they could improve their documentation. I like that it is easy to use, simple interface and has several options when doing searches or creating queries. It gives me all of my account information right at home. The tool cannot be used from mobile devices so if you need this functionality while traveling then there are other tools available out there but they do not give access to your entire organization profile which makes them less valuable than DEV Ex. The ability of being able find any kind technical document or article, without having it in your personal library! This is one thing I appreciate most from this software application - if you don't have access then that's when we use Google Docs.
