Review on πŸ”₯ Thermalright Thermal Pad 12.8 W/mK - High Temperature Resistance, Non-Conductive Silicone Heat Pad for PC Laptop Heatsink/GPU/CPU/LED/PS4 Cooler by Brian Kumar

Excellent cooling performance, easy to use

This is a great thermal pad to replace those cheap, low-performance pads that are all too often found on graphics card components or M.2 drive enclosures. The thermal conductivity of 12.8 W/mK makes it one of the best thermal pads and even compares well with high-quality thermal greases. The pad is easy to trim with regular scissors and I've noticed a significant drop in temperature since switching to this pad. The only thing to note is that this is a high density pad so it doesn't compress as easily. like normal low quality pads which can be very soft. You must be careful to order this shim the correct thickness for your application, as a shim that is too thick can add unwanted bulk or even prevent the heatsink from seating. Overall, it's definitely worth trying one of these thermal pads if you're experiencing excessive temperatures on your NVMe drives or your graphics card's RAM/power components (assuming the rest of your cooling solution is working properly). Highly recommended.
