Wonderful product. Looks stylish on my black side table. Keeps my coffee/tea hot! Eventually I forgot my coffee on the heating pad and took a sip and it was warmer than when I first brewed it. I use a rubber cover and it works wonders for insulation. I think it actually works a lot better when using a rubber cap. I'm glad it turns off automatically when you take out the mug so I don't have to worry about fire hazards. It's great that I no longer have to finish my drinks or heat them up in the microwave! It is also very easy to wash and clean. I cannot recommend this warmer enough! :)
