Not easy to install or adjust

If you are buying these to spend a good chunk of time getting the installation pretty and then leaving them in that position long term (not adjusting the height or openness on a regular basis), then you're fine. These are well made of nice materials and do a good job of light blocking. But.the fan folding on installation, getting the bows to look even and nice, and then having to do it all over again upon adjustment is pretty inconvenient. I do recommend using straight pins to pin your folds while the curtains are still down, then hang, tie, adjust, and remove pins. I am a fiber artisan. I work with fabrics and make pretty things for a living and this is still too much inconvenience for me, especially since I will be having retreat guests in my home, B&B style, who may want to adjust the curtains easily. I am returning them. They are pretty, but they are literally a commitment that I'm not willing to make to curtains.
