I like that it is easy for me as an individual agent who works in retail with lots of different companies/brands, since we have so many options within one platform! It also makes scheduling meetings super simple because you can select all your agents from one screen instead of having to make separate calls or emails back and forth between each other about upcoming events and meeting times. The dashboard isn't always clear which leads us down certain paths when searching our database - this could be more user friendly if there were better instructions given after clicking 'next'. We recently started using engagement agents through a client's implementation services provider (iSP). Previously they had been manually adding information into spreadsheets but realized how much faster everything was going once we implemented them. Our clients are able to schedule appointments at their stores without needing additional help which means less people waiting outside and higher.
