I like that they are willing work with you as much or little help is needed when it comes time for an appraisal/transaction closeout of your property management portfolio - this can be quite challenging at times! It's not always clear how many hours will need spent reviewing each transaction before finalizing them (and therefore closing). We have worked closely together throughout our 7+ year relationship helping evaluate properties we've purchased from their team vs other teams within JCP / CICorp. I like that they are willing to work with their clients to get what is best for them. They are very smart and knowledgeable about the industry. The biggest thing I like is that they don't just take your money and run. They will sit down with you and help you figure out what makes sense for you and your goals. They are always looking to make improvements in processes and systems. They have been very responsive and open to suggestions. We are working with them to develop our first portfolio of properties.
