Does what it says on the tin. Once attached, it will rotate in the best direction and you can see your progress. The water flows fairly quickly and stops completely when the valve is closed. The jet action of the nozzle inside is not required and only cleans the drain pipe, slowing the flow of water into the tank. I nearly filled the black reservoir three times after the first flush the first time I used this item and the final drain was pretty clean. I suspect this caused the remnants of the previous contents to loosen their adhesion to the tank surfaces and sensors. It pays to clean the tank as well as possible after every ride!
