Review on πŸš— Dorman 674-545 Exhaust Manifold: Compatible with Honda Models, Premium Quality by Brian Cueto

No problems installing but not as good as OEM

. Everything is connected just like the original 19 year old. I finally had enough corrosion to replace the studs, didn't seem worth replacing so I went with these. Out of the box everything looked pretty good inside. All gaskets were present, although I prefer the MLS flange gasket to the one supplied. I removed the screens as I don't know how long they will last with the salt I am facing now. Instead, I cleaned the surface with an oil/wax remover spray and painted it. I used high temp satin clear paint for the manifold. They look good and I hope to keep them in good shape. Here I shoot a star. An awful lot of material has accumulated inside the flange. The exhaust is where I don't want turbulence and I hate to think about what that would produce. I took some carbide tips and a flap wheel small enough to get into the tubes and smooth them out as much as possible. Not perfect but should be better when they came out. There is no high gloss on the OEM part, but there are no such mountains of slag. It's a great price too.
