Perfect for what I need
If you want to add a beautiful finishing touch to a special occasion then it's great (e.g. birthday, prom) it's amazing. Ideal for cutting any size buttercream or whipped cake. For larger cakes like 3 tier + wedding cakes with thicker frosting (like fondant) I would recommend something a little firmer. Do not take away this product at all. It was perfect for what I needed. However, due to the volume and density of a large wedding cake, you'll need something more durable to withstand heavy use.
