Wood is much darker than expected
I fell in love with this little salt shaker when I saw it online. It would look perfect on my trendy MCM kitchen counter. Unfortunately, the one I received was much darker and looked very rustic. So much so that it looked out of place with my modern decor. I considered exchanging it in hopes of getting a lighter color but didn't want to go through another refund. It is very well made and looks like a quality product. If it had the same finish as advertised I would give it 5 stars but be aware stain color may vary.
