Review on C16 02648 C1602648 Quantity Camper Supports by Timothy Wall

We purchased these hydraulic lifts for a louvered window that we have installed in our shed. Yes! We're turning our barn into a bar! We cut out a window to our shed and added a piece of wood on hinges. We really wanted to be able to hold the wooden window without a chain mount, especially since we don't have a canopy to attach it to. So we decided to buy these landing gear and we are so happy we did. I didn't weigh it, but I think a piece of wood weighs around 30-40 pounds. and these support bars hold it up perfectly by itself. It took some trial and error and a few tries to figure out exactly where we needed to attach it, but I think it worked on attempt #3. I think it would be nice if we bought longer ones to give more support but they work well and I have no doubt they will hold a wooden window with no problem. Make sure you also purchase a 10mm ball stud mount for the gas spring/bracket/stand. Check out the "Frequently Bought Together" section. All in all I am very happy with our purchase!
