Review on Jugalstar by Greg Bloom

I just shopped at Jugalstar's web store and was let down by the service I received. When my dress and shoes arrived, I was disappointed to find that they were of lower quality than expected. The shoes had scuff marks and were unpleasant to wear, while the dress had loose threads and a seam that was falling apart. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact Jugalstar's customer support with my complaints were met with silence. When I did hear back from them, it was to say that the things were no longer in saleable condition since they had been removed from their original packaging. I was annoyed by this reply because I had simply tested the clothes on and hadn't actually worn them anywhere. My time spent with Jugalstar as a whole was frustrating. Although they have a large selection and competitive pricing, I was disappointed by the product quality and assistance I received. If you are in search of high-quality clothing and responsive support, I would not suggest checking out Jugalstar.
