The product itself works well and has a great finish and feel. I've found this to be particularly useful for thermal imaging. I like its size. I gave it one star because the battery and tech support are terrible. Let me clear that up. There is no battery replacement, not even directly from the manufacturer. trust me i called Their only solution is for you to send it back and they will send you a coupon code which effectively lets you buy a new one at 50% off. This is a $400+ camera. My 20 year old DSLR still works better and batteries are included. Also, I still use it all the time. This FLIR was rarely used (maybe 2-3 hours in 2 years). I hope you make a wise decision after reading this review. Mine still works but only when USB plugged in and plugged in. IMHO, not the best option.
