I'm completely satisfied with the product, it works.

The benefits of it include the fact that it actually works! They provide strength without causing tachycardia while exercise, and after training, they help me recover more quickly.
The fact that the lid did not have a cellophane ring on it was a really humiliating shortcoming. I had to deduct one star because of this.
